KETCH0A5floor1 provides a hard wearing, non
–metallic dry shake topping for monolithic
floors. When sprinkled any trowelled into
fresh wet concrete floors, it forms a coloured
, wear resistant smooth surface.
Typical uses are in warehorses,distribution
centers,factories, industrial facilities,
aircraft hangars,DIY stores, supermarkets,
shopping malls, offices and museums.

基面要求
(Substrate Quality): |
底層混凝土必須質(zhì)量優(yōu)良;塌落度須在75~110mm
之間，需采用最小水灰比并在澆搗時(shí)完全壓實(shí)。
抗壓強(qiáng)度需在25N/mm 2以上。建議使用ketchment?或ketch?ViscoCrete增塑劑確保最佳的混凝土質(zhì)量；
若使用纖維則在混合過程中應(yīng)盡量分散。
The concrete deliveries should be of consistent
qualit. A concrete slump in the range 75
to 110 mm will normally give best results.
The slab should be of good quality concrete
with a minimum water/cement ratio consistent
with the production of a fully compacted
slab.
The compressive strength should be a minimum
of 25 N/mm2.
Use of ketchment or ketch Viscocrete super
plasticisers is advised to ensure the optimum
quality of concrete and where fibres are
used ,maximum dispersion within the mix. |

| 施工方法/工具: |
接有激光刮板的自動(dòng)撒播器；
找平后，立即將ketchfloor 0A5金屬地面硬化劑按5kg/m2用量一次性均勻撒播在混凝土上。
手工施工：待表面析出的水蒸發(fā)，將ketchfloor?0A5金屬地面硬化劑分兩次（第一次：3kg/m2；第二次2kg/m2；）
均勻地撒播到找平的混土上。施工粉末時(shí)應(yīng)小心，避免混凝土表面形成坑洼。
施工總用量為5kg/m2。若不注意或向離撒播點(diǎn)2m以外拋灑ketchfloor?0A5，都將減底終面層的一致性。
壓實(shí)：第一次撒播的材料抹入地板后，立即撒播第二次份量的ketchfloor?0A5。
ketchfloor?0A5使混凝土地坪表面硬化得比平常要快。小心修整將要澆搗的鄰接邊角。
可用手工或電動(dòng)刀進(jìn)行收光，封閉孔隙及修平表面。 |

| Application Method/Tools: |
Automatic spreader in conjunction with a
laser screed.
Spread ketchfloor-2 SynTop evenly onto the
concrete immediately after screeding at 5kg/m2
in one application.
Manual application;
Allow the surface bleed water to evaporate.
ketchfloor-2 SynTop onto the screeded concrete
evenly in 2 stages(first stage; 3kg/m2 ;
second stage; 2kg/m2) .care should be taken
to apply the powder to avoid cereating ripples
etc. In the concrete surface. Overall application
rate 5 kg/m2 ; Casting ketchfloor-2 SynTop
Powder carelessly or further hean 2 metres
from point of casting will reduce the consistency
of finish.
Compactiom:
The first stage should be worked into the
slab followed immediately with the sprinking
on of the second measurement of ketchfloor-2
SynTop.
ketchfloor-2 SynTop results in the slab surface
becoming stiff more quickly than usual. Careful
trimming should take place along the edges
where adjoining slabs are to be poured.
Final finishing to close pores and remove
undulations can be achieved either by hand
our powered trowel.
Curing:
Cure and seal ketchfloor-2 SynTop immediately
after fnishing using ketchfloor-Proseal22
(refer to separate producet data sheet).
The application of the dry shake powder should
not be carried out in strong draughts. Dry
shake hardeners give a finish to concrete
with some colour variation from point to
point dre to the matural variability of the
concrete onto which they are applied.Slip
resistance can be enhanced through chemical
ageing. |

and shafts, etc, suffcient ventilation must
be provided,Keep away open light including
welding.
To avoid rare allergic reactions, we recommend
the use of butyl rubber / nitril rubber gloves,Change
soiled work clothes and wash hands before
breaks and after finishing work.
Local regulations as well as health and safety
advice on packaging labels must be observed. |
